I found Jeff by chance in a Facebook newcomers group. I was trying to rent an apartment before arriving in Canada to avoid extra work and high Airbnb prices. Jeff commented in the group that he could help with this search. And he did an excellent job. We had a Zoom meeting, and I explained to him what I needed. In a few days, he got back to me with some options, visited the apartments, and sent videos so I could see them. He handled all the paperwork and landlord contacts, and soon we closed the deal at the desired price and location. It was very important for us to have his support before arriving, as landlords often don't accept applications from people outside the country. I highly recommend Jeff's services, who is also very polite and friendly.
